Day 1
Marrakech – High Atlas Mountains – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate – Dades Valley
Your adventure begins with a pick-up from your hotel or riad in Marrakech, or directly from Marrakech Airport. We leave the city behind and travel through the magnificent High Atlas Mountains, crossing the famous Tizi n’Tichka Pass at an altitude of approximately 2,260 metres.
Along the way, we stop at several panoramic viewpoints to admire the mountain scenery and take photographs. You will also have the opportunity to visit a traditional Argan oil cooperative, where you can learn about the production process and discover the many traditional uses of this precious Moroccan product.
We then continue south towards the legendary Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Morocco’s most famous fortified villages. Explore its ancient kasbah and dramatic mud-brick architecture, which has provided the backdrop for numerous international films and television productions.
After lunch, we continue to Ouarzazate, often known as the gateway to the desert. The journey then takes us through the palm groves of Skoura, past the Valley of Roses and through the beautiful landscapes surrounding Boumalne Dades.
In the evening, we arrive in the spectacular Dades Valley, where you will enjoy dinner and an overnight stay in a comfortable riad.

Day 2
Dades Valley – Todra Gorge – Merzouga Desert
After breakfast, we continue our journey towards the Sahara. Our route passes through changing landscapes, traditional villages and beautiful kasbahs before reaching one of southern Morocco’s most impressive natural attractions: the Todra Gorge.
Carved by the Todra River, this dramatic canyon is surrounded by towering rock walls and is a popular destination for nature lovers and climbers. Take time to walk through the gorge and enjoy its incredible scenery before stopping for lunch.
In the afternoon, we continue towards Merzouga, where the landscape gradually transforms into the golden dunes of the Sahara Desert.
After arriving at the edge of the Erg Chebbi dunes, you can relax with a traditional Moroccan mint tea. Your main luggage will remain at the accommodation while you prepare for one of the most memorable experiences of the journey.
Ride a camel across the dunes as the sun begins to set over the Sahara. We stop along the way to admire the changing colours of the desert and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere before continuing to our desert camp.
After arriving at the camp, enjoy dinner and a traditional evening in the heart of the Sahara. Spend the night in a comfortable desert tent surrounded by silence, sand dunes and a spectacular star-filled sky.

Day 3
Merzouga Desert – Rissani – Draa Valley – Anti-Atlas Mountains – Marrakech
Wake up early for the unforgettable experience of watching the sunrise over the magnificent Sahara Desert. After breakfast, we leave the golden dunes behind and begin our journey towards Marrakech.
Our first stop is Rissani, an important historic town and the former centre of the ancient Tafilalt region. We then continue through fascinating pre-desert landscapes towards the beautiful Draa Valley.
The Draa Valley is famous for its impressive palm groves, traditional villages and ancient kasbahs. We make several stops along the way to admire the scenery and capture photographs of this remarkable region.
We continue towards Ouarzazate, crossing the dramatic landscapes of the Anti-Atlas Mountains. From there, we travel through the spectacular High Atlas Mountains and cross the famous Tizi n’Tichka Pass, enjoying panoramic views along the way.
Finally, we arrive in Marrakech, where your unforgettable 3-day Morocco desert adventure comes to an end. Drop-off will be at your hotel, riad, or another convenient location in Marrakech.
